No, I am not (YET) an IFBB pro, so my competition as an amateur will not be as difficult as THIS, but here is a peek into the world of physique if you don’t know what it is….I’ve done figure before, but physique involves a more muscular look of the body (though not as muscular as bodybuilding), a different set of poses…and NO HEELS! YAY 😉
