I decided to do a little experimentation, since I was in the kitchen. I mixed:
Dash cinnamon
4 tbsp all–natural crunchy almond butter
1/3 cup unprocessed bran
1 tbsp canned pumpkin
1 tsp light yacon syrup
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond breeze (almond milk)
30 g chia seeds
4 scoops VPX graham cracker protein powder
1 scoop Nectar chocolate truffle protein powder
1 scoop All the Whey cake batter protein powder
It made this really sticky GOO.
I put into one Tupperware as balls, flattened into another square Tupperware, and flattened into another circular Tupperware. I stashed them in the freezer for a few hours, so I can come back periodically for a bite or two.
WARNING: these are very rich and dense! Only have a few small bites (one serving)…mmm…
