Animal exercises are AMAZING!
They are a type of functional bodyweight training that mimics animal movements to:
- improve intramuscular coordination
- enhance core strength
- enhance shoulder/chest strength
- increase cardiovascular endurance
- increase your magnitude of bad-add-ness (Let me know if there is a better word to use. Thanks.)
These exercise will totally get you shredded (in conjunction with a very clean diet, of course). These exercises are also great because they are machine-less and therefore you can do them anytime, anyplace, and can be adjusted to fit different skill levels. This circuit can be done once, twice, three times, or more! It can be a workout itself, or be integrated with other resistance training exercises or cardio intervals.
