Hello my lovelies!
I am excited to announce the formal launch of my online coaching program, Badass Physique Online Nutrition and Fitness Training.
I have received a lot of requests from people who do not live in my area to work with me remotely, so I have been working on refining processes so that working with online clients is more manageable on my end. Historically in my career, I have focused my attention on helping my clients with fitness and nutrition IN PERSON. However, the number of clients I can see on a daily basis is limited! By embracing online coaching, I will be able to help more clients near AND FAR, and that truly delights me.
Furthermore, my online nutrition and training coaching is targeted towards individuals who are already, at the least, fairly familiar with macros/flexible dieting/and resistance training. Currently I work with all populations, but would like to harness my skill sets, talents, and energy towards supporting more self-sufficient, dedicated individuals that would benefit from online coaching. Not to say my in-person clients are not self sufficient or dedicated– merely that those who seek online coaching will self-selectively have an intermediate to advanced level of knowledge and motivation in order to benefit from the coaching, and this is a population I want to focus working with.
I personally have used online coaches MANY times in the past & STILL use a coach to this day & I find it ENORMOUSLY helpful. It’s funny when I tell people I have a trainer, or a coach & they’re like.. “What?! You have a trainer?! Aren’t YOU a trainer?!” or.. “You have a nutritionist? WHY?! YOU ARE a nutritionist!”..I can only smile or laugh & plead guilty that I’m found truly passionate about the power of a coach! Nothing like an objective eye, a voice of reason, some added accountability, a consultant to talk things over with, some extra encouragement. YES, I AM a coach & YES, I HAVE a coach! I believe in the power of coaching! This is reflected in my life, my heart, my thoughts, my words, and my actions.
To give you a little info on the options & deets:
***Three or six months of personalized online nutrition coaching. Counting macros is a fundamental base of the program, and the overarching philosophy is a hybrid of “flexible dieting” and “clean eating” principles. It is not a generic meal plan or one size fits all program. The nutrition will change over time, and I am there for you the whole way in guiding you and supporting you 100% in manifesting the success you desire.
***Three or six months of personalized online fitness training program with resistance training. But of course! Cardio options are included, if applicable. I can create modifications of exercises due to injuries, functional limitations, or equipment specifications. The resistance training may include elements of bodybuilding, powerlifting, and functional training. Programs will be tailored to specific goals and preferences.
***Three or six month combo of nutrition and fitness, for those that wanna hit it hard and create some serious change in their body and life. Just an overhaul of awesome.
***Also, one time consultations are available, but for evolving, ongoing support, that will be limited to participants in my 3 or 6 month coaching programs.
***All coaching options include unlimited access to me. No vague, far-off, ghost of a coach in never-never land who doesn’t have time for you, and you hear from him once a week for 5 minutes. If you commit to being my partner, I commit to being yours.
