Banana Protein Mugcake

 

Ate this delicious dish after I finished my mission with precision of fitness n fat loss I came home now felt like a boss and had to come home n have this meal, awesomesauce! I’m a poet and I didn’t even know it.

:::clearing throat::  In the post workout window, you want to minimize fats so you can digest nutrients quickly; you want high protein to prevent catabolism; and if your macros can afford it, you want carbs to promote anabolism, and enhance  recovery. So I fit the bill today with a protein banana oatmeal mugcake with walden farms maple syrup and chocolate mint arctic zero. It was amazing, and so simple.

I blended banana protein powder and oatmeal. Mixed it with water and poured the batter into a mug that I sprayed with coconut oil. Microwave for one minute and flip upside down to release the mugcake. I topped it with walden farms  maple syrup and surrounded it with arctic zero chocolate mint ice cream.

Flexible dieting rocks! Go on the side of SCIENCE.

You CAN get shredded while eating foods you enjoy!
