Walden Farms is a brand that sells syrups, dips, sauces, salad dressings, jams, and other condiments. With “no calories, fat, carbs, gluten, or sugars of any kind!” Wow, what is this array of toxic chemicals I enjoy? Only 20 carcinogens per scoop? YUMMMYYYY.
Okay, I kid, I kid. Well, maybe not. I would be curious what someone like Alan Aragon would say about Walden Farms. What do YOU think about it?
It comes ...

Animal exercises are AMAZING!
They are a type of functional bodyweight training that mimics animal movements to:
- improve intramuscular coordination
- enhance core strength
- enhance shoulder/chest strength
- increase cardiovascular endurance
- increase your magnitude of bad-add-ness (Let me know if there is a better word to use. Thanks.)
These exercise will totally get you shredded (in conjunction with a very clean diet, of course). These exercises are also great because they are machine-less and therefore you can do them anytime, anyplace, and can be ...

I wrote to her to let her know that I totally relate, and either share some insights with ...

Double-baked sweet potatoes. Me likies. Here’s how:
Pierce the skin with a fork
Brush the skin with olive oil to keep it moist while baking
Bake at 375 for about 40 minutes
Cut in half, and scoop the contents of the sweet potato into a separate bowl
Mix with desired ingredients (e.g. shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, spinach, or other). This instance, I mixed the sweet potatoes with chopped red swiss chard, and chopped broccoli.
Okay, I have been delinquent, this I know. Time always seems to escape me. I put on my agenda 50 million things to do, and end up completing…one thing. One great thing I did today was make spaghetti and meatballs. Okay, it was squash and extra lean turkey. Same thing (oh yes, the mind games we play). When I set myself up with healthy foods around, I set myself up for success. This recipe is a total keeper for ...

Haha! I am just learning iMovie, so I decided to try out some techniques on a video with our beloved pit, LUKE!! Yes, Omar puts Luke on the treadmill because he needs exercise! He has a lot of energy he needs to let out, because we don’t want our house torn apart! 😉 Isn’t Luke adorable?? Maybe I am a bit biased because I’m the mommy but I don’t think ...

Endless waves upon waves of good-intentioned fat-loss seekers tie up their running shoes and walk around their neighborhoods, flock to the gym and trod on their cardio equipment of choice, only eat twice a day, and never get their heart rate above their “fat burning zone.” Yet their jeans remain too snug, the zipper gets harder to close, and women and men grow steadily frustrated with how infrequently they eat, how much cardio they do in their low-heart-rate, “fat burning ...
