woke up and did sum stepmillin and some walkin and a lil stretchy stretch.
Picked up a low fat latte and got home to heat up a batch of the Power Amaranth Breakfast I made.
Here was my meal. My amaranth/eggwhites/strawberry/etc mix, my multi-vitamins plus one fish oil cap plus one krill oil cap plus water, plus a low fat latte. Amazeballs.
The best part was the latte. I love it! LML! —> LOVE MY LATTE
Then…it was a sad goodbye. It was all over too soon…
Oh well. Great start to the day! I’m keeping it up because today is my last day of Week 1! So I am weighing myself in tomorrow, and I must be and am confident that I will have achieved my 1-2 pound weight loss as long as I eat clean today! I’m right on track, so woop to the woop-woop.
