Guitless Protein Pizza

1. Pizza Dough:

Mix together then cook on a skillet like a pancake:

  • 1 and 1/2 scoops (Jay Robb or equivalent) unflavored protein powder
  • 1 cup egg whites
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasonings

2. In another skillet, sautee

  • 1/4 cup chopped onions or shallots
  • 1 tbsp diced garlic
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped peppers
  • any other vegetable you’d like
  • cubed chicken, or other meat source (optional) (can mix with BBQ sauce or other sauces to make a particular flavor)

3. After the pizza dough is prepared, slather on

  • 2 tbsp Walden Farms marinara sauce, then
  • all the toppings sauteed above, then
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat cheese

4. Throw this in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and you have a delightful, guiltless pizza!
