So, I was stoked when I got back from South America and discovered the MyOatmeal.com products that I had briefly blogged about were delivered and in my POSSESSION.

Since I am now on my contest prep diet for my physique show in 18 weeks, I calculated a meal plan that included macros from these new tasty sources 😉
Pre workout snack was 65 grams egg whites and 28 grams of my custom strawberry graham cracker oatmeal. Yeah baby! Smells delightful!
Post workout was 200 grams egg whites, plus 28 grams of my new oatmeal, PLUS 28 grams of my new lean powdered peanut butter with chia seeds! It smells so yummy and peanut buttery!

Verdict: The oatmeal and the peanut butter were total winners!!! Totaaally yummzo! And great stats! But soooo yummy!!
