Protein Pancake Variation with Pumpkin, Cacao, Maca, Flax, etc

This is the protein pancake variation I made this morning:

(note- measurements are APPROXIMATE! adjust the amount of protein powder and egg whites to adjust consistency)

  • 1 scoop VPX No carb Graham Cracker protein powder
  • 1 tbsp organic flaxseeds
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/4 cup canned organic pumpkin
  • 1 tsp Walden Farms pancake syrup
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 1 tsp cacao and maca mix
  • 1/2 scoop Chocolate superfood

I mixed it all together, cooked in on the stove with coconut oil, and there ya go! I topped it with

  • chopped organic strawberries
  • no-calorie Walden Farms pancake syrup (the opposite of an organic food)
