This is the protein pancake variation I made this morning:
(note- measurements are APPROXIMATE! adjust the amount of protein powder and egg whites to adjust consistency)
- 1 scoop VPX No carb Graham Cracker protein powder
- 1 tbsp organic flaxseeds
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 1/4 cup canned organic pumpkin
- 1 tsp Walden Farms pancake syrup
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1 tsp cacao and maca mix
- 1/2 scoop Chocolate superfood
I mixed it all together, cooked in on the stove with coconut oil, and there ya go! I topped it with
- chopped organic strawberries
- no-calorie Walden Farms pancake syrup (the opposite of an organic food)
