My Strength

Tues- Bench- Wide Grip and Close Grip + Triceps
Wed- Low Bar Squats
Thurs- Intervals or rest
Fri- Bench + Tri’s
Sat- High Bar Squats
Sun- Shoulders (designed for helping Bench Press)
