- Pureed cauliflower (first I steamed the cauliflower, then pureed it)
- 1 scoop VPX graham cracker protein powder
- splash of Unsweetened Almond Milk
- splash of egg whites
- dash of cinnamon and stevia
warm and toasty, I consider it like oatmeal! But veggified! 😉
