This protein pizza is not for everyone. This is for people who enjoy high-protein, low carb entrees. Great for figure competitors 😉
1. Pizza Dough:
Mix together then cook on a skillet like a pancake:
- 1 and 1/2 scoops (Jay Robb or equivalent) unflavored protein powder
- 1 cup egg whites
- 1 tbsp Italian seasonings
2. In another skillet, sautee
- 1/4 cup chopped onions or shallots
- 1 tbsp diced garlic
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped peppers
- any other vegetable you’d like
- cubed chicken, or other meat source (optional) ...
