Trying New Things: AERIAL CONDITIONING

I am going through a period of wanting to try new things. I love cross training, so today I decided to try aerial conditioning. We started out with a warm up, then we went over a few skills on the trapeze, then we went over a few skills on the tissue. Or it is called Spanish web? Or same thing? In any case, it was pretty fun and came pretty quickly for me, I think because of my gymnastics background. Its great for grip strength, core, and upper body! 🙂 Here is a quick video of me climbing the tissue, as well as practicing a trick the teacher showed me, called the Frog. The angle of the video is a little off, so you can’t see TOO clearly that my legs look kind of like a frog, but I think you can hopefully see well enough why it’s called what it’s called 😉 Have a great day! <3
