Today I’m excited to keep up the good clean fun..today I saw my clients and soon I’ll be on my way to Oakland to lead conditioning for the dancers bwahahah. I have a plan in mind, but once I see the space and determine the skills of the dancers with regards to traditional exercise and to dance, I may switch it up. My plan is to set up a circuit with one dance move coupled with an exercise that is similar. For example, back cee cee’s followed by a single leg bridge, then a particular go-down followed by lunges…and so forth. If you know break terms, then you know this is sick!! If you don’t know..well believe me I am a genius!!! 😉 jk
